Abstract: Imaging Metaphysics is an experiment. It aims to consider how a new image-based metaphysics might be applicable to web-based design and thought. The frame of the project considers how Heidegger offered a method for how a metaphysics may be formed--this presumes multiple "metaphysics" rather than a monist view. Then it overlays Deleuze's theory of sensation via Francis Bacon to demonstrate how each person creates his or her metaphysics by establishing their self as a "category" upon which information passes through and is, eventually, processed in some particular way.
